Dhiran started his career two decades ago in London, specialising in cutting and styling hair. After honing his skill set there, he embarked on New York City where he truly took his craft to the next level. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry in both London and New York.
Working on everything from photo shoots to fashion shows, Dhiran's work continues to be featured in some of the most well known publications. Settling in Charlotte to raise his family, with a dream to own his own salon and through endless dedication, The Carriage House was born.
Dhiran’s happiest place is behind the chair, tending to all the needs of his extremely diverse clientele, both in New York and in Charlotte.
Anna McCord
Hairstylist
Born and raised just north of Charlotte, Anna attended The Aveda Institute in SouthEnd to earn her Cosmetology license. After graduation, Anna spent time living and working in Chicago to hone her craft. She trained under some of the best in the industry at Spoke & Weal before branching out on her own. She now travels back and fourth to Chicago to maintain her clientele there, both working in Charlotte and assisting Dhiran in New York.
As a cut specialist Anna has an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic. She is well versed in hair cutting, extensions, and has a love of styling. Bringing out people’s natural texture in their hair is one of her favorite things to do. Anna prides herself on not only being able to achieve results in the salon, but her ability to educate her clients on achieving those same results at home.

Lila is a professional Hairstylist and Assistant to Dhiran Mistry. Growing up in the Carolinas surrounded by art and design, Lila developed her own passion for all things creative and beautiful. Lila pursued her education and graduated from Paul Mitchell The School, Charlotte, NC at the top of her class and excelled in the competitive, advanced phase Il learning program.
Lila's authentic and welcoming approach ensures that each visit to The Carriage House is a comfortable, positive and a personalized experience. Under Dhiran's tutelage, Lila continues to hone her skills, learn new techniques and keep up with current trends.
Lila is fascinated how her work can completely change not just how people look but also how they feel about themselves.
